Psychologist Sara Chatwin says when something like this happens, it's a massive let down.
She says there are certain expectations we put on our national team, so if you're feeling down and out - that's completely human.
And the All Blacks will play Wales in Friday's third place playoff in Tokyo, after they went down 19-16 to South Africa in last night's other semi final.
