White supremacist jailed for sharing footage of mosque attacks appeals again
A self-confessed white supremacist jailed for sharing footage of the Christchurch mosque attacks has launched a second appeal

44-year-old Philip Arps is currently serving a 21-month prison sentence - on charges of distributing an objectionable publication.
After his June sentencing - Arps appealed the sentence as being excessive, but that was overturned.
The Court of Appeal has today confirmed an application for a second appeal will be heard in Wellington.
