Black Caps opener Martin Guptill's stressed the importance of partnerships in cricket's shortest format, ahead of today's deciding Twenty20 against England

New Zealand's come off a 76-run loss in the fourth match, where England batters Eoin Morgan and Dawid Malan combined for 194 runs to power the visitors to 241 in their innings.

Guptill says they proved the importance of partnerships in T20.

First ball from Eden Park's at 2pm, but rain is forecast throughout the afternoon in Auckland.

Any play will be live on Radio Sport.
