Kiwi subscribers will start paying $16.99 a month in December for the standard plan, making it four dollars more than its nearest competitor.
Apple TV has launched globally this month - at eight dollars 99 a month - with Disney kicking off next week at nine dollars 99 a month.
Standard plans for local offerings Lightbox and Neon remain at 12.99 and 11.99 respectively.
