    An expert says the former doctor facing a misconduct case on the Kapiti Coast examined women's breasts for longer than necessary


    The man is facing a charge of misconduct relating to eight female patients.

    Professor Bruce Arroll says a woman claims the doctor examined her breasts for 15-20 minutes.

    He says that's too long - and four minutes would have been sufficient.

    The former doctor denies the charge.
