A jury has heard today from a witness alleging a Dunedin doctor solicited two teenage girls for sex

Venod Skantha is on trial accused of murdering 16-year-old Amber-Rose Rush.

A witness says she refused Skantha multiple times when he tried to get her to ask a friend to have sex with him - for four hundred dollars.

She says a week later he made the same offer of money for sex to her - and she refused again.
