A local MP thinks there's been a breakdown in communication - between Otago Regional Council and Queenstown's local ferry operator

A local MP thinks there's been a breakdown in communication - between Otago Regional Council and Queenstown's local ferry operator

Go Orange says its public ferry service will be discontinued from February - unless it gets more support from the regional council.

Clutha-Southland MP Hamish Walker says both parties need to talk it through, because it's a crucial service in the town.

He says there needs to be a push to get more cars off Queenstown's jam-packed roads.
