    The Police Minister says he's confident the size of the force will grow by 18 hundred by 2021


    It takes into account some officers leaving - and is above the more-than 1800 new officers who have now been deployed since the election.

    The target has been the subject of an ongoing political row.

    Stuart Nash says projections are on track and funding is in the bank to train those officers.
