Prince Charles has reflected on the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes today

He did a site inspection of the ChristChurch Cathedral, where he was welcomed by choristers before speaking at a reception.

Charles told the audience the cathedral's "desperately sad disfigurement is a moving reminder" of so much loss.
