Mistrust in their health care system could be the cause behind Samoa's devastating measles crisis

The deadly disease has claimed 42 lives and more than 3,000 people are infected.
Immunologist Dr Helen Petousis-Harris says there's been a strong anti-vaccine movement on social media leading up to now.
Dr Petousis-Harris says the deaths of two toddlers last year, after they were given a drug rather than the MMR vaccine, caused fear among the public.
The vaccination programme stopped while those deaths were investigated.
