    Peter Burling and Blair Tuke have had a first, a third and a seventh to consolidate their position near the top of the fleet in the 49er Sailing World Championships in Auckland


    The Olympic champions are just one point behind leaders Germany after nine fleet races.

    Oscar Gunn and Logan Dunning Beck have had an 11th a fourth and a fifth to move into 6th place for the start of gold fleet racing tomorrow.

    The 49er FX fleet and Nacra 17s are just getting underway in their first races of the day.
