Calls for Pharmac to change its assessments of medicine applications

Calls for Pharmac to change its assessments of medicine applications

But Breast Cancer Coalition Chairperson Libby Burgess the whole system needs to change.

She says it's set up to reduce spending on medicine - rather than to provide for sick people.
