Wellington's regional council is proposing a raft of changes to fix the city's troubled bus network

A recent review found users had problems with forced transfers, loss of direct links and reliability.
The Council's new action plan, proposes reducing the need to transfer and improving access to key destinations.
It'll cost 2.5 million dollars and is spread out over three years.
Councillors will vote on Thursday.
