A report's highlighted an inequity of mental heath service quality and outcomes for Maori

The Mental Health Commissioner's released an update to his 2018 report on the country's mental health and addiction services.

It found 41 per cent of adults who experienced seclusion within inpatient services in 2017 were Maori.

Maori also had higher rates of homelessness and supported accommodation use than others accessing services.
