    Results may not fully support the claim, but George Bennett's pleased with his 2019 on the bike


    The kiwi cyclist won a team time trial stage at the Tour de France with Team Jumbo-Visma and finished fourth at the Tour of California.

    His team placed first and third at the Vuelta a Espana and le Tour respectively.

    Bennett's pleased with his progression.



    Bennett's set to have the opportunity to ride for a general classification result at the Giro d'Italia in May.

    He's skipping the Tour de France with the aim of focussing on the Tokyo Olympics.
