    The San Francisco 49ers have clinched the NFC West title with a nail-biting 26-21 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

    The 49ers have earned a rest next week in the Wildcard Round, while the New Orleans Saints will face the Minnesota Vikings and the Seahawks will play the Philadelphia Eagles.

    In the AFC, the New England Patriots will face the Tennessee Titans and the Buffalo Bills have the Houston Texans.
