The National Tobacco Control Advocacy Service says it's an essential step if we want the country to reach its goal of being smokefree by 2025.
General manager Mihi Blair says selling cigarettes is also dangerous for dairy owners - as it seems to attract crime.
She says why should we have something that creates unsafe communities when we could just take it out?
