Police have released the name of an elderly Queenstown woman who died in a crash yesterday

She was 84-year-old Noelene Margaret Tait.

The crash on Frankton Rd yesterday afternoon involved two cars and a motorcyclist.

A 29-year-old tourist will appear in Queenstown District Court on Monday - charged with careless driving causing death, and injury.
