    LaMelo Ball has played his last game in the Australian basketball league


    The 18-year-old Next-Star development product injured his foot playing for the Illawarra Hawks and won't rehabilitate before the season finishes.

    Ball is now expected to join the 2020 NBA draft - with some experts picking he will go number one.
