    Two people are believed to have been injured in crash on a bridge in Waikato


    Fire and Emergency says a car hit a cow on Waerenga Road near Te Kauwhata about 6am.

    A second car then hit the first car.

    Diversions are in place at the intersection of Stannard and Cozen Roads, and the intersection of Waerenga and Taniwha Roads.

    Motorists are being urged to avoid the area.
