Another person has been arrested following the gang-related drive by shooting in Ruatoria, north of Gisborne last week

Police are continuing to investigate the shooting and a mass brawl outside a restaurant in Napier, after rising gang tensions.

A 36-year-old man was due to appear in the Gisborne District Court today charged with four counts of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Police still want to hear from anyone with information into either incident.
