    A second person has been arrested in relation to a firearms incident in Napier last Sunday


    Shots were fired on Gloucester St in Taradale during a gang brawl.

    Napier's leaders and members of the public gathered at the Taradale Town Hall this afternoon for a meeting about the shooting.

    Detective Inspector Mike Foster says in the last 48 hours, 23 gang members from across the district have been arrested and charged.

    He says Police will arrest people and take action when needed.
