    With more transparency, comes more competition


    AA is predicting premium fuel prices will drop this year -- as more service stations prepare to display 95 and 98 prices on their price boards.

    Z Energy hopes to display prices at all of its 350-plus locations by June.

    Chief executive, Mike Bennetts says their higher octane prices are among the lowest.

    He expects they'll get more business because of the move or have others choose to price in a way that's competitive to theirs.

    The Commerce Commission suggested in December, in an effort to increase competition in the fuel industry.
