The Chairman of World Rugby believes it's time to look at international eligibility rules again

Currently if players are capped by one nation, regardless of which nation it is, they can not play for a different one at any time.

However, Sir Bill Beaumont says before the game went professional there were a number of examples of players who represented two nations.

Beaumont is open to seeing that happen again.
