The head of World Rugby sees no reason why the men's Rugby World Cup can't return to New Zealand

Chairman Sir Bill Beaumont has just launched the 2021 women's World Cup which will be held on our shores.
Despite New Zealand being a smaller market Beaumont says New Zealand hosted the 2011 tournament with great success, all while dealing with the last minutes changes brought on by the Christchurch earthquakes.
