Concern as a Northland doctors' clinic temporarily closes its doors - for lack of doctors

A Whangarei medical centre at Parua Bay has had to resort to directing its patients to Onerahi Medical Centre.
Karen Whitley has worked at both clinics, and says she's concerned elderly people will struggle to get to Onerahi - and says it's a shame that nearby schools nearby will no longer have immediate help when children get hurt.
OmniHealth spokesman Dale Te Iwimate says the Parua Bay clinic closes to ensure patient safety when there aren't enough doctors.
