There will be little rest for Peter Burling and Blair Tuke after sealing their sixth 49er sailing world title in Geelong

There will be little rest for Peter Burling and Blair Tuke after sealing their sixth 49er sailing world title in Geelong

The pair won by 28 points and Tuke says the dominant win is doubly pleasing in an Olympic year.

They head home today, and hope to get out on the water as soon as possible.

Fellow kiwis Logan Dunning-Beck and Oscar Gunn finished sixth overall.

In the Nacra17, Micah Wilkinson and Erica Dawson have finished an impressive seventh overall.
