Legal challenges for the Commerce Commission are being flagged, as a court date with Viagogo's called off

The regulatory body called off an injunction hearing in Auckland today, after the controversial ticket reseller made website changes.
The Commerce Commission says the changes largely address the allegations of misrepresenting price and availability of tickets - and guarantees they'll work.
Competition and consumer lawyer Nikki Pender says this case shows the challenges the commission faces as online - and overseas - trade increases.
She says it's one thing to recognise consumer rights - but it's not known what a court judgement now would mean for consumers in the future.
The main case between both parties is still before the courts.
