    Team New Zealand anticipate they'll be given enough notice should the opening America's Cup world series regatta be cancelled


    The Cagliari event is under threat due to the coronavirus outbreak, which has swept across Italy.

    Chief operating officer Kevin Shoebridge says their 52 team members are still scheduled to converge on Italy around April 12 and the boat's about to be shipped from the dock in Singapore.

    She since tested negative for the illness and has rejoined the team in Jordan at the Games' qualifiers.

    However, she's been withdrawn from her fights under coaching orders, leaving another qualification shot at Paris in May.
