Dunedin Council's hitting back at claims they're a top offender - for building emissions

The Green Building Council's released a list of the country's worst-performing councils.
But Dunedin Council property services manager Dave Bainbridge-Zafar says the assessment only counts its Civic Centre building.
He says it makes incorrect assumptions - including that the building's only used 48 hours a week.
Bainbridge-Zafar says they've made sweeping sustainability improvements to other Council facilities - but the 40-year-old Civic Building is a challenge.
