The Warriors will be without backs Pita Hiku and Patrick Herbert for their round two NRL match against the Raiders next weekend.

The game has been moved from Auckland to the Gold Coast, as the Warriors plan to stay in Australia and avoid Covid-19 travel restrictions.

Hiku and his partner are about to have a baby and Herbert has a young child in Auckland so they chose to return home and beat the self-isolation deadline.






New Zealand Cricket is confident trans tasman cricket will eventually resume.

The Black Caps' ODI series in Australia and home T20 series have been postponed because of Covid-19.

NZC boss David White thinks they'll reschedule the series within the next 12 months.
