New Zealand Police are helping all people living in New Zealand understand the level four COVID-19 alert

They've released video messages in 12 different languages, on three Auckland Police Facebook pages.

Police are urging people to take stock, take a breath, and support each other during this time.

The videos can be accessed through the Counties Manukau Police page, the North Shore, Rodney and West Auckland page, and the Auckland City District page.
