29-year-old Australian Brenton Tarrant has admitted murdering 51 Muslims on March 15th last year.
He's also pleaded guilty to 40 attempted murders - and one charge of terrorism.
Jacinda Ardern says the guilty pleas and convictions bring accountability for what happened.
She says it saves families who lost loved ones, those who were injured and other witnesses - the ordeal of a trial.
