    It's New Zealand's biggest meat processing plant and is considered an essential service during the lockdown.

    Silver Fern Farms CEO Simon Limmer says we rely on other countries for medical supplies so its important they can rely on us for meat during times like Covid-19

    He says demand is bouncing back from China
