Four people have been arrested in the first week of lockdown in relation to breaching restrictions
2 April 2020
There's at least three weeks of the Covid-19 lockdown to go.
Police say two of those arrested are before the courts - one in Wellington and one in the Bay of Plenty, and the other two were released with a pre-charge warning.
A spokesperson says others have been spoken to and given advice in relation to reports of people congregating.
They say a higher level of compliance is needed to make a difference.
