Kevin Simcock, the chairman of Christchurch's Clearwater, says there are fears that with no mowing during the coronavirus lockdown, fungal growths could damage greens in autumn.

Estimates place the value of each hole at around a million dollars, and Simcock says they just need two staff on.

Triathlon New Zealand are combatting covid-19 by launching the Zwift Race League this Saturday.

It's a six-week virtual race series with the best four counting toward overall results.

All races will be live streamed on the sport's Facebook Page.

Former New Zealand netball shooter Cat Tuivaiti is trying to cope in a coronavirus epicentre.

She's locked down in Parma, Italy with rugby-playing husband Jim and toddler son Bash.
