The clubs have met online overnight and decided the planned April 30th re-start date is not possible, with the EPL now taking an 'under constant review' approach.
The league also decided to give a 257 million dollar advance to the lower English Football League and National League.
Negotiations with the players to ask reduce their salaries by 30-percent will begin in the coming days.
