Israel Folau could be out of pocket if Rugby Australia are forced into insolvency

Israel Folau could be out of pocket if Rugby Australia are forced into insolvency

The former Wallabies fullback was dismissed last year over homophobic social media posts.

An out-of-court settlement estimated at $3 million was agreed in December after Folau sued for religious discrimination.

As an unsecured creditor his instalment payments could be at risk should Rugby Australia go under.
