    A relief from sprinklers and hose restrictions in Napier


    The city's water restrictions were lifted yesterday, after coming into force in November.

    Napier City Council's Jon Kingsford says he's thankful to everyone who complied with the restrictions over summer.

    He says it helped the city to maintain an adequate water supply during the hot weather.
