Three Canterbury District Health Board staff working at Rosewood Rest Home have tested positive for Covid-19
15 April 2020
Six of the country's nine Covid-19 related deaths are from the rest home - including three of the four announced yesterday.
The DHB's confirmed the staff tests - two who were working at Burwood Hospital in the ward of patients transferred there for isolation last week.
The other staffer was involved in the transfer but worked at Rosewood.
As a result of these three confirmed cases, 63 close contacts are now in self isolation.
