A plea for someone to take responsibility for a long-fought for hospital car park in Christchurch

The car park would sit close to the hospital and allow nurses to feel safe when going to and from work - something not felt at the moment.
Christchurch City Council member Aaron Keown says the CDHB isn't funded to supply parking, and nobody else sees it as their responsibility.
