1991 World Cup winning captain Nick Farr-Jones, as well as George Gregan and Phil Kearns were among the signatories.
CEO Raelene Castle says they've made some big changes to their structures as well as recruiting Dave Rennie to take charge of the Wallabies.
She has told Si and Phil those changes will make a difference.
