Healthline has seen an increase in the number of people calling about complex and serious illnesses, because they're too scared to go to a doctor for fear of getting Covid-19.
National Telehealth Services CEO Andrew Slater says they've had to increase their service to cope with demand.
He says they now have more than 600 additional frontline staff and five new covid safe contact centres to enable them to keep operating.
Andrew Slater says they're telling people to go and seek help, if they have a serious medical concern.
