    Pleas for the Government to do more to help people achieve a warm home this winter


    The Royal Australasian College of Physicians says many Kiwis are experiencing hardship after being financially impacted by covid-19.

    Doctor Jeff Brown says many can't afford food, let alone a heater.

    He's urging the government to extend the winter energy payments to low-income families, and increase the minimum wage to the living wage, to help alleviate financial stress.
