Tom Walsh's coach will have to whip out some old-school communication when the pair meet for training this week

The shot putter will be able to resume outdoor training by himself when the country drops down an alert level on Tuesday.

Mentor Dale Stevenson's allowed to be present, as long as social distancing and health and safety measures are followed.

Stevenson says he has a reasonably loud voice to relay information to Walsh.
