Seniors are being advised to stay in their bubble, and work from home as much as possible - although can leave the house to access an essential service or even go to work - if it is a safe environment.
Seniors Minister Tracey Martin says there have been reports of people yelling at the elderly when they've been seen out in public - which is not ok.
Green MP Golriz Ghahraman says the guidelines should help employers to support their older and vulnerable staff.
She says on the flip side, some people may be coerced to come back to work in level 3, but feel unsafe to do so - and they should be supported as well.
