Covid-19 has upended New Zealand's housing market - putting the brakes on all buying and selling
One Roof Editor Owen Vaughn says strong employment in Wellington's public sector will shield it from any damage - once sales resume.
He says the same applies to places like Auckland and Hamilton - while tourism spots like Rotorua and Queenstown may see drops.
