The Government's being urged to find a balance between looking after the economy and saving businesses

The Government's being urged to find a balance between looking after the economy and saving businesses

Rocket Lab CEO Peter Beck has told Newstalk ZB the Government should avoid helping out struggling start-ups during the Covid-19 crisis.

NZ Tech chief executive Graeme Muller represents the tech sector.

He says they need to be focusing on ensuring these companies are able to get the same support as regular businesses.

Muller says the Government needs to make sure these pre-revenue businesses get wage subsidies and access to tax grants.
