Businesses are being told to shape up when it comes to selling online

There have been 150 complaints to the Commerce Commission about failure to supply goods and delays in delivery since Covid-19 restrictions began.
For the month of April, the number of complaints was 60 percent higher than last year.
Commerce Commission chair Anna Rawlings says it probably reflects an increase in online shopping.
She says online stores are still subject to the same laws as traditional stores.
Rawlings says retailers need to understand their obligations and comply with them.
