    Local help is required to catch a green-thumbed Lower Hutt thief


    Gardening equipment including a compost bin and worm farm have been stolen from Naenae Primary School over the past couple of months.

    Principal Murray Bootten says the garden is for the school not the wider community, and the kids take huge pride in their garden.
